Hi team! My custom domain has been stuck for ~2 days and I think it needs a nudge on your side (looks like the same issue as https://appwrite.io/threads/1432588814429323274).
Details
• Project ID: bubu (region: Frankfurt)
• Organization: GitHub Student Organization (6a652786ecd2cd1079d9)
• Site ID: marsai (static / Vite) — works fine at https://marsai.appwrite.network
• Domain: getmars.app — rule ID e331802140fddfeb6aa7929ec63fe1b9
• Also www.getmars.app — rule ID 20b30800c851101c0d7872209720792e
What's set up
• Nameservers delegated to ns1.appwrite.zone / ns2.appwrite.zone (registry confirms), domain added under Appwrite → Domains, zone is live and serves the Fastly A records + CAA issue "certainly.com".
• Public resolvers (8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1) resolve getmars.app to the same IPs as marsai.appwrite.network.
• Rule status: DNS verified, then stuck at "Processing SSL certificate issuance… Still waiting for SSL certificate issuance to complete" for 48h+.
Symptoms
• http://getmars.app → 500 Domain Not Found (Varnish)
• https://getmars.app → Fastly fallback cert CN=t.sni-820-default.ssl.fastly.net → ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
• Some POPs return: "Fastly error: unknown domain: getmars.app. Please check that this domain has been added to a service."
Already tried
• Deleted and recreated the site and both rules from scratch (twice), re-ran verification many times.
• The domain was previously on GitHub Pages (also Fastly). I've removed it from the GitHub repo's Pages settings, so GitHub no longer claims it.
I suspect Fastly still has the hostname locked to the previous customer and it needs to be released/attached on your side. If a fastly-domain-delegation-… TXT record is required, please send it and I'll add it to the zone right away. Thanks a lot! 🙏

Add a CNAME DNS record with specific details for ACME challenge. If the 'www' subdomain isn't appearing correctly, try removing and adding it again. Contact support for further assistance if needed.
